This is a map of the newly cultivated fields pioneered by Tōdaiji Temple in Imizu District, Etchū Province, the northwestern part of present-day Toyama Prefecture. The land is divided into a checkerboard-like grid, with place names and notes on the acreage of cultivated and uncultivated land written into the squares. The Etchū Province seal is stamped repeatedly in vermillion across the surface of the map.

This is a map of the newly cultivated fields pioneered by Tōdai-ji temple in Imizu-gun in Etchū province (the northwestern portion of present-day Toyama prefecture). A grid like that of a Go board was drawn to delineate land divisions, and in each section, the place name and area of cultivated and uncultivated land is noted in ink. The entire scroll is covered with the vermilion stamp of the seal of the province of Etchū.
