This is a miniature three-layer pagoda with a mound-shaped stone base. The finial and body of the pagoda are separate pieces, and each level has an opening of a different shape. The surface is covered with green glaze which makes this a rare example of a glazed pagoda. It is said to have come from the Bishamondō of Yamashina in Kyoto.
