This vajra has strongly formed side prongs with reverse-hook additions. The central grip portion is thin and is embellished with four “demon eyes” (kimoku), one of which has a space in which it is thought a relic was kept. This type of five-pronged vajra is not seen in Japan, and is thought to come from the Korean peninsula.
