On the surface of this thin mirror is an ngraving of the combined form of Jūichimen (Sk. Ekādaśamukha) and Senju Kannon (Sk. Sahasrabhuja) seated on a lotus pedestal. Tranquil in appearance, the image gives the impression of having been simplified. On the left are scratched the words "hari no miya senju," but the meaning of this inscription is unclear.
