A finely engraved image of youth is depicted on the surface of this mirror. Turned slightly to theleft, the youth holds a staff in his left hand and a single-pronged vajra in the stance of a guardian king. This iconography is similar to that of Setaka Dōji (Skr. Ceṭaka), who accompanies Fudō Myōō (Skr. Acala), but the clothing differs and thus the identity of the deity in unclear.
