This printed sutra was preserved at Daijō-ji, a temple located in Kinosaki-gun, Hyōgo prefecture. The annotation at the end of the accordion-style folded book reveals that it was printed prior to 1383(Eitoku 3). The opening image of Śākyamuni and the Sixteen Protective Deities and the margins drawn in silver ink indicate the elegance of the design and production.
