This is a record of clerical appointments of monks from Jingo-ji temple spanning the Kamakura to the Muromachi period. It lists the names of monks that were appointed each year, the dates of their appointments and the dates and their ages when they died. There are many additional annotations in the manuscript and thus it is an important document for the study of the history of the temple.
